Lawsuit pending, Bent! My eyes were damaged by the bright blue cabinet. In lieu of a cash settlement one of your D-10s in green would suffice. Thanks stevet,

Thank You all for your kind comments.
Lane, you are always there to drop a kind remark on my efforts.

James, Upside-down pics will come once I get the case made.

Scott, that might be a stretch but I love your comment and thanks
for your kindness.

Tim, Billy Thanks, Yes it is lacquer. Still sticking with the Mohawk Instrument Lacquer. With some fine coaching by none other than Steven Fazio, they will turn out great one of these days.

Ross, yes that's right. My partnership with George Leite is there 100% now.
George, a mechanical engineer, and his employees now make all the metal parts on their CNC equipment, including the legs. What I do is: Make and finish the cabinet, make the pull rods and pedal rods and also the single coil pickup (if the customer wants that)If they want a Humbucker, I liaised with Bob Hofnar for his Tonealigner, a pickup that I, as well as the customers are very happy with.

Then I assemble and set up each guitar. So far, the only guitar I have had time to make is the SD10. After 014, I have 3 more confirmed orders, so we'll see then if I have the energy to branch out and make D10 and S12 etc. I just kinda go where the customer takes me

I feel lucky and privileged to have George on my side. We were friends first and partners second. Although he is a very busy man, he always seems to deliver the parts on time. Everyone is so enthusiastic about this, right from the draftsman to the machinists.

So that is the BenRom story so far...

Maybe I should post this separate as well.

Hi Bent, That is the way a Steel Guitar should look.
Tiger Stripe Maple with any stain color and Lacquer.
That is a beautiful Guitar. Could be Black, Red, Green
or what anyone could dream of. The wood is Outstanding.
J.R.

This is my favourite of your guitars to date...spectacular color. I had no idea Ray Legere played pedal steel. He's an amazing musician.
