Though reading any obituaries about Buddy would be totally uninspiring or illuminating to any but total strangers, I'm irritated that the obit in the Tennessean is totally made un-accessible by an onslaught of unsolicited ads.
My rig: Infinity and Telonics.
Son, we live in a world with walls, and those walls have to be guarded by men with steel guitars. Who's gonna do it? You? You, Lt. Weinberg?

I guess it depends on one's internet browser? I use Apple Safari, and there were only a couple ads displayed on the right side of the page when I was reading the obit in the Tennessean, which by the way, the writer did a pretty good job in the space allotted.
I clicked on the "Reader View" icon in my browser bar, and there were zero ads, and larger print. Worked great.

Do yourself a favor and download a free program called Ghostery https://www.ghostery.com/en/ and it will block all those ads and tracking programs. It works very well with any browser and really has no downside. It will create a list of harmful and annoying programs that you can block(or not)and shows you any new ones it comes across so you can block them too. You just check off the boxes to block each one. It has made my internet experience way more enjoyable than it used to be.
obituary
To me a obituary is a brief history and the names of his family.
