Thanks to everyone who took a leap of faith and ordered the book. 38 copies went out today all to places all over the world. The power of the SGF is humbling. We don't say it enough: thanks b0b!!

Dennis, I don't have an order from you. Can you send me your paypal confirmation? I also see a few other orders on paypal for which no email was received. I'11 get it all sorted out with paypal.

UPDATE: 7/24/15 9:35pm Eastern

PayPal says they've been working on a server problem with processing payments for the last five hours and will notify me when it's resolved. I will cross reference every payment to make sure everyone gets their book. Man, it's always something'!
My apologies.

Hi Dennis,
I'm supposed to get an email for every order from PayPal but didn't for your order. There's no email for your order and no record in my PayPal account. PM me with your mailing address and I'll get your book out to you. I can then figure out if PayPal never processed the order or whatever and if you need to re-do it but at least your book will be out in the mail.

Andy I just reordered it and paid with pay pal. It was as the same as when I paid with express checkout. If the other come thru later please cancel it. Use the pay pal and cancel the other if it shows up latter.
Thanks Dennis

I got mine today and it looks great! Very clear, user-friendly, lots of useful exercises, techniques, loads of info on C6 lap steel guitar. I will definitely be using this book in teaching my lap steel students, so Andy, you can expect some future orders from here in western Massachusetts. 8)

Dennis, I've emailed you. :)
Michael, PayPal never sent me an email but I see your order in my account along with other for which I did n't get notified. Every stray order will go out Mon am first thing! I'll follow up with PayPal on this but, now that I'm aware of their service glitch, will use my account view to make sure nobody gets missed.
Doug, thanks so much. Can't wait to see your new book! I'm a big fan of your playing and arranging.

Thanks, Jim and to everyone who's ordered a copy!

FYI
As of this morning all books ordered have shipped. PayPal is still working on their email notification glitch triggered by their move from being owned by eBay to now being independent. However, I get notified of each order via my PayPal account so no orders have been or will be missed.

Andy:

My book arrived today. One word immediately came to mind as I opened the package and took a look inside. "Outstanding". It is very well arranged and easy to understand. I can hardly wait to dig in and put the information to good use. :)

Best regards,

John

I got mine yesterday. Outstanding indeed! If I were planning a C6 book it would be very much like this, as far as including so many aspects to get deeper into playing this tuning from beginner to advanced. A VERY fine job.
