Need Help. Middle Tone Pot Won't Work

I have put three new D-Marzio pickups in my strat with new Emerson volume tone pots and a new five way switch.
Now, the middle tone pot works like a volume on the neck pickup. I have rechecked and double,triple checked wiring,diagram and connections and can't find the problem.HELP!

Perhaps the cap is bad?
