Hot stuff, Steve. Like hanging wide on the curves of a mountain road. _________________ Don't go in the water after lunch. You'll get a cramp and drown. - Mother. |

Great playing, Steve, with loads of personality. The best compliment I can give is that if I'd heard this in a blindfold test I'd have guessed it was you. _________________ Steel Guitar Books! Website: www.volkmediabooks.com |

Great job, Steve. Wish I could have been there for the show, but family plans prohibited. Lap guys are are always welcome at our shows. After all, it isn't the Georgia Pedal Steel Guitar Association! We hope to have you back again. |

Hey Steve
What was that great lick you played at 1:16 to 1:17? Sounded kinda like a diminished chord thing? |

Steve, how are you getting the triad ( b5 4 b3 )? Is it a forward slant? |
It's actually a minor triad with the b3 on top, being moved within the notes of a blues scale. For instance, key of A would be the minor triad shape on frets 8, 10 and 11(b3, 4 and b5) in E6 tuning.
I hope that helps. _________________ Zoom/Skype/Facetime lessons available http://www.atlanta-guitar-lessons.com

I see, as you move up you get those notes on the top and the voicing changes as you move. cool _________________ www.deluxe34.com lap steel stands, Clinesmith, Gibson Console Grande, Northwesterns, The Best Westerns
