Litaker doing Misty

Post by Daniel Policarpo »

This take has such a great vibe to it. That Emmons C6 sound is so fat and has a nice ring to it. It's an iconic song, and very beautiful, but I still can't help but think of some crazy chick wanting to kill Clint Eastwood.

You got that right brother Dan!
I have been bugging William to do a workshop on it or maybe at least tab it out on his site. ha! Just love his take on this classic!. Everyone loves that C6 sound but so many are afraid to try and learn it when its really not so hard to get started! Help us William! :)

I am in agreement with Richard and Adam some C6 instruction would be good.

Maybe if we get a few more replies on this song, we can get William to teach us this song.

Misty is one of those songs that sounds like it was written with the C6th Pedal Steel in mind and William does a great job on it.

I think that would be a great idea, Daniel. It seems there are a lot of people interested.
