There's a TON of great stuff here to work on.
Doing these regularly really gets my muscle memory working and makes
learning other things much easier. I give this as much tome as anything else !

Totally agree, John. Working these up at first puts whatever you're working on into a much more smooth and efficient level. You have to stretch and warm up before you play ball.
