Pickguard & Shell Material Making Process

Post by Dennis Brooker »

I HOPE this is in the correct place - For health reasons I am no longer able to produce the digital pickguard and faux shell & pearl material I used to make & sell - Some materials were sold to forum members - Here's the links to see samples http://www.dbrooker.com/pickguards.html & http://www.dbrooker.com/shell-mat.html - The cost for a Non-exclusive individual license is 3 figures and for businesses 4 figures - To discus or receive a sample a non-disclosure agreement must be signed and notarized - The processes include all instructions, written & verbal, material sources and a CD of all images I have on file - some of the images are made from pre-war Gibson and Martin original pick guards - PLEASE SERIOUS inquiries only - for details please email me direct at dbrooker1(AT)Windstream.net - I will state you MUST have adequate knowledge and software for vector and bitmap imaging and a quality printer. Should you purchase a license you will know everything I know - ANY non-disclosure license is NOT transferable in ANY way. I'll do my best to answer your questions - Both FENDER & GIBSON Custom shops wanted the processes but their lawyers would not allow them to sign the appropriate papers and at the time I was mainly doing product and process development for Fortune 500 companies. The process enables the images to be laminated to any thickness of clear plastics so that peel & stick pick guards can be made for acoustics and thicker plastics can be used to make pickguards for electrics and lap guitars, etc. Dennis Brooker
