Maybe the problem is the accent on the e (Ã©). It's French, and on some keyboards, you'll get a question mark instead. It's a weird translation thing. Is name is spelled VallÃ©e, so without the proper accent something might not work. Louis lives in Trois-RiviÃ¨res, Canada. I'll send him a message on Facebook telling him to get back to you guys.
