Supro plate
Hi Thomas:
I don't have an extra cover plate, I have a Supro twin with the same type cover plates. Have you thought about casting one perhaps? It wouldn't be the real McCoy but it would cast pretty nicely with casting resin. I use it to cast model railroad parts with good success. Micro-Mark online, Hobby Lobby, and Alumilite are good sources for casting resin and material to make a mold. Just a thought for an alternative. Is yours missing altogether or broken?

I had the same quest and it took me awhile but eventually I found one. Be patient and don't over pay for is my words of wisdom for the evening.
