Strange slide bar

A friend of mine has a slide that is some lightweight metal on top and glass underneath. Looks like the Shubb
Hardwood and Steel model but with glass instead of steel ,all help appreciated

I've seen a hardwood / glass 'shubb' style bar on e-bay ~ but that was a few years ago ~ never seen a steel / glass 'shubb' style bar Shocked
