I recently had the opportunity to do some business with the fine folks at Telonics and I just wanted to mention that not only are their products top shelf but they are some of the nicest, most caring folks in the business. I'm sure anyone who has dealt with them already knows this but I just wanted to give a shout out to Telonics. First class all the way!

I was getting ready for an important gig when Telonics volume pedal "broke" - they were going just to ship out a brand new one to me for the gig - great service! - when I discovered that it was a bad jumper cable.
Of course the Telonics pedal wasn't broken - they don't break!

I'm happy to say my Telonics experience has been great! I am completely happy with my P/U, volume pedal, combo amp setup. It is spectacular. Every dealing I've had with Telonics has been courteous, supportive, positive, rapid and helpful. This has been the friendliest most helpful support system I've ever encountered. Even my most dumbass questions have been researched and answered immediately with useful solutions.
Congratulations on a great product and a great company! (Especially Sophie!)
