I recently bought an S-10 on the forum. I ton't know how old it is but I need a tuner to finish working on it and get it going. I am hoping if I post a couple pictures of it someone will know where I can get them. I tried 1 from a set of Grovers ..they said they were for pedal steel.. they might be but not this one. They were were to small.
Any suggestions would be appreciated
Thanks

Click on the links button above and click on BMI's web link. Maybe Don will see this and be able to help you out.

That's seems to be a Schaller tuner, a German improvement over the old Grover Rotomatic. Should be easy to find one.

Rod, you might call Don Fritche at BMI at (479)264-1457. I bought two of those from him recently. Be careful to avoid overtightening the nut as it can twist off. The BMI I was working on had two of them twisted off.

I was incorrect, it's a Sperzl tuner. I probably have one, though it might be somewhat lube bound. The lube in those things dried up and the peg can be hard to turn.
