David Wright - TSGA Hall Of Fame
Here's David Wright, Texas Steel Guitar Association's newest inductee into the Hall Of Fame at the 2015 Jamboree.
And that's Dave Alexander, of The Big Texas Swing Band.
I am proud to call David my instructor, friend and mentor (as well as "Dave the Destroyer")

Ladies and gentlemen, may I present...
A worthy constituent of a great fellowship of players. Congratulations my friend!
BTW, David's set was kicked into Mega-mach high gear with the addition of John Sutler and Dave Alexander on sax and trumpet, respectively. Dave Alexander is the Maynard Ferguson of western swing!

Son, we live in a world with walls, and those walls have to be guarded by men with steel guitars. Who's gonna do it? You? You, Lt. Weinberg?

David Wright is very deserving of this award. I met David about 4 years ago at a jam session here in town. He has been fun to be around and is a monster player. Congratulations David on your induction into the Texas Steel Guitar Hall Of Fame. I am happy that I was there to see you receive the award.
