WEll that certainly did not leave the Shobud factory that way..ha...as it looks like a homemade hand painted job to me..with a stick on "Sho~Bud Nashville,Tennessee" sticker on the front and I guess they couldn't find a LDG Model sticker for the other side..ha.
A real shobud finish has "Water decals" Under the lacquer....and mechanics have been changed to none matching parts underneath and that guitar is worth about 500.00 bucks to me.

It's what could lie underneath the paint that worries me. How could anyone destroy such a fine instrument like that? I think Ricky has over-estimated its value. The white pad looks absolutely naff.

Funny how it says "No Reserve" and then the starting bid is put at double or triple what the guitar seems to be worth by what's been said here.

Wouldn't surprise me if Bobbe Seymour snaps this up for its intrinsic value. He can't ever have had a guitar like this pass through his shop. I don't think even the Marrs makeover people could do anything with this thing. God knows what lies underneath

I would only give whatever BTU value it has. (Britsh Thermal Units). Who knows, this winter may be a cold one.
