Bud Carter

Just wanted to share my shock and sadness upon hearing of Bud's passing. As someone suggested earlier, except for his physical stature, Bud was a GIANT in all other respects. I am the proud owner of a number of those great Carters. I called Bud a few months ago an he was always so generous with his answers and suggestions. What a great loss, at least to us. He's up there with some of the best. What a HEAVENLY Steel Guitar convention must have been going on this past weekend.
