I was surfing Craigslist when I came upon this Mesa Boogie Mark III Limited Edition. It's a mid 80's with a hard rock birdseye maple cab and wicker grill.
Simul class and Class A.

Nice addition to the amp farm....*S*

Len, pure goodness right there. I had one with a 15" spkr. I'm Still wondering what it would have sounded like with a 12".....have fun!

Thanks Marty,

This is a fun amp and although I am not a distortion efficionado, the drive channel is very nice and a fun experience. I ordered cream colored tolex Mesa Boogie closed back cab with a Celestion Vintage 30 speaker and a wicker grill to put the amp on. Cost $700 for this cab.......I wanted the hard rock maple cab but Mesa Boogie quoted me $2,300 Rolling Eyes

Beautiful! You'll never go wrong with a Mark III. One of my all time favorite guitar amps. If you don't sounds good playing one, it's probably you, not the amp!. Very Happy

This amp is special and it has a vibe all it's own. Not a bad tone where ever you set the dials. A small package but hefty so it will stay in the studio. Also, a real pleasure to look at.
