Just want to pass along an experience to you.
I ordered a maple and ebony bridge from Resophonic Outfitters.About a month later I called and spoke to a very pleasant woman, who confirmed mailing it,the address, and said that,no, she had not gotten it back. She said she would mail another one, free of charge. One week later, guess what? No bridge.I called, got Paul himself on the phone and he insisted he would UPS me another one, which arrived a couple of days later. Now he spent more in postage and shipping than the part was worth just to satisfy a customer. My hats off to Paul and his staff, great people.Thank you.
[This message was edited by marley hay on 13 March 2001 at 04:39 PM.]

I'm glad you've had good luck with them. In my experience definitely don't expect to get your e-mails answered by them. I guess calling on the phone is the way to go.

I just had a very good experience with them as well. I did a phone order for a tricone set of quartermans, and they came in a couple of days. Be aware that when you unpack their stuff you need to take your time- it is packed very carefully and doesn't just fall out of the box. Also, Paul was friendly and we talked about his forrays into carbon fiber parts and other things of resophonic interest. Thanks again, Paul and crew.

Paul is a great person, as is his family. He has helped me out more than once and is a true craftsman.

I'd say calling is best. I don't think he actually runs his web site, as is the case with most.
