So, I love the tone of this guitar, never had any steel that quite has that high chime to it. So nice!
When I got this guitar it was a d10, but I had to shave weight to make some flights on a tour at the end of last year, so I took the back neck off and sold the parts to some folks in need.
The only issue I can thnk of off the top of my head is a relatively common one to these guitars, the neck selector switch snapped off. It's still useable, but there's no back neck anyway, so it doesn't actually matter.
The case is cosmetically a little beat, but structurally solid, and every latch works just fine!
I just took delivery of a beautiful '68 bolt on, and as much as I like the old brass barrel bud tone, I'm a push pull guy.
So, this is a good chance to have a serious tone machine at a great price.
$1400 + shipping (PP fee on you) I am fine w the pp gift option, and have a ton of 100% positive feedback on eBay (seller:Lapskunk) and gearslutZ as "Jo Jo Dancer".
There's a shot of me playing it on stage. I would never walk onto a stage with a crappy guitar, and this one sounds well above average!!
