Howdy Fellow Forumites,
My S-10 Marlen could really use a cleaning/tune-up... I would prefer not to ship it and now is a perfect time as my band is on a month hiatus. Our bassist is touring Europe with his other band...
So if you know any good PSG service people in Washington or Oregon, please let me know.
Thanks much,
Grant |

It looks like there is not a lot of pro help up here in this corner of the world. A mutual self-help get-together seems to be in order. If we pool all of our abilities, we might be able to address most of our issues regarding adjustment/repair. We can get parts from the manufacturers and after-market folks and I think we can figure out the rest ourselves. Shoot me an e-mail.

Karlis, across the Puget Sound there are a couple of steelers you may not be aware of that can help you. Wayne Franco who occasionally participates on this forum and Bud Brewer, a non-participant. Is it still raining out there?

It's a long drive, but Tom Bradshaw does excellent work.
It's not as long for me- 389 miles from my front door to his, but I've made the trip several times. He is worth it. |

I guess you could all jump in the car and come to Portland, I would be happy to take a look at your guitars. All of the parts must be present. I play at Jubitz 5-21 5-22 and 6-11 6-12. You could also come see the band.
