Where and under what conditions does it squeak? _________________ 2 pedal steels, a lapStrat, and an 8-string Dobro (and 3 ukes)

Hey Lane, I think it's coming from the leg brackets . Anytime I move. The seat's not worn out, it's a Steelers Choice.
Thanks, Tony |

Squeaking means stuff is moving. I solved mine (20 year old Steelers Choice) by adding lock nuts at both bolts of all 4 leg brackets, and adding a fender washer and locknut to the center bolt _________________ 2 pedal steels, a lapStrat, and an 8-string Dobro (and 3 ukes)

I have an old cushcase seat. It was doing that and I saw Tim Cushenberry at a steel show. He gave me some material to put between the brackets that hold the legs on and the legs. |
