JERRY BYRD's birthday

Post by Ray Montee »

This month is Jerry Byrd's birthday (82?). Care to send along a happy birthday wish?
We're soon going to be losing many of "the best"..... Let's don't pass up each opportunity to express our appreciation for they have given to us.

Ray,
Jerry will be,(or is already),81 this month.
Happy Birthday,Jerry. BTW,don't call him MR. Byrd. I called him that, one time,& he told me,"Mr. Byrd is my father. I'm Jerry".

Does anybody know if he will be performing between March 15th and the 23rd? I have a friend visiting Honolulu and I told she would have to check out Jerry. Happy Birthday Jerry!

Jerry is one year and 9 months older than I am. So he is 81 this month. We both grew up in the same period of time.He was always the finest Non-Pedal steel player in the world, and still is.............al
