Something new - Prototype Tube Effects and Reverb Pedals - these pedals will be available for testing.

Tube Preamp pedal

This unit is handmade and hand-wired. The low noise circuit utilizes a Darlington preamp to push cascaded triode vacuum tubes into distortion. This unit utilizes dual triode vacuum tubes, which provides a warm bloom sound. Tubes can be swapped to create a wide range of tones.
A boost switch provides an additional layer of flexibility with added gain and a little extra bottom end. 9VDC Power Supply included (no battery option included due to the considerable current required)
Available in different configurations vertical Knob and switch for Steel-Amp or horizontal conventional switch and Knobs on top for floor / effects box.
Tube Suggestions possible
(1) JJ5751: Subtle bluesy style break up at low gain settings capable of being over driven to distortion a highest gain settings, with overall lower volume. At the lowest gain settings it provides approximately unity gain at full volume.

(2) 12AX7-B-China: With a gain factor of two, at minimum gain settings this tube provides a clean boost and falls into the overdrive category at maximum gain settings.

(3) JJ ECC82: JJ’s version of the 12AU7 displays light distortion at minimum gain settings and covers the same territory as the 12AX7B-China at middle gain settings. With the boost switch engaged it goes beyond overdrive into fuzz/distortion, with a gain factor of four.

(4) NOS 12AT7: Often relagated to the role of phase inverter or reverb driver, the 12T7 really shines. At minimum gain settings, it will provide a clean boost just this side of overdrive, and with a gain factor of 6, launches into aggressive distortion at maximum gain.
Weight 0.9 lbs, 4.6 length x 3.6 width x 1.3 high

Reverb Pedal

This all handmade and all hand wired Digital pedal produces sweet warm reverb using the Belton Digi-Log Mini Module. Features include both Dwell and Mix controls, allowing the dry signal to be blended with the processed signal from a just hint of reverb to deep, cavernous echoes. The dwell control adds an extra flexibility, providing a full palette of sweet reverb sound. Unit works best when placed at the end or your effects chain if using multiple pedals. 9VDC Power Supply included (no battery option included due to the considerable current required)
Available in different configurations vertical Knob and switch for Steel-Amp or horizontal conventional switch and Knobs on top for floor / effects box.
Warning This pedal does not hold back on reverberation potential. At maximum dwell and mix settings you may be overtaken by a virual tidal wave of sonic reflections.

Weight 0.9 lbs, 4.6 length x 3.6 width x 1.3 high

Well another year has gone by and i thought for sure i would make this one. However Beth and I just got married in October and it cost a fortune. LOL
So I will have to miss it. I hope you guys don't forget me. I consider all of you as friends and the years I did go to the show I had a ball. I'm hoping to retire from my day job this year and then I'll be able to go to many of the shows.

Have a blast guys and when you are out in the warm Phoenix air give a thought to me as I am freezing.
Later
