Gibson Console Grande replacement tuners

A good friend of mine has a Gibson Console Grande - double 8 - and one of the tuners is broken.

Does anyone know of a suitable replacement?

These Grovers are pretty close, but you will have to cut down the post at the first hole. There are some specs linked on the page.
