Can anyone tell me the basic deal on this type of guitar? I just got one and it's a mystery to me. But then so is most of the rest of this beginner's curve I'm on! Any help would sure be appreciated. Also is there a good basic book on the care, feeding, tweaking and adjustments for PSG? I was told to be careful getting under the hood 'less yer mechanically inclined which I'm not. Thanks, Larry

Larry,
I'll be spending a week in Livermore, CA 4/5-4/9 with evenings free.
Maybe I could swing over and help you out.
I've been playing Sierras for several years, and had an S14U at one time, although now I play an S12U.
Shoot me your phone contact and I'll call you when I get down there.
Pete B.

Larry, Pete's offer is about as good as you could ever hope for. Pete is a fine and innovative player, and used to draw a crowd every time he sat down at his axe while demonstrating in the Sierra Room at the St. Louis and Texas conventions.

Larry, Back in 88 when I bought my S14, Don threw in an instruction course by Bill Stafford. You might check with him to see if he has any left. If not, and he doesn't mind, I'd run a copy of mine and send it to ya. Just let me know. Whip
Oh, I also have all the owners manual books that came with my guitar, if you need them.
