I find myself eating a lot in Cracker Barrel restaurants and buying CDS there, I came across this one and it is filled with great steel playing. Just thought some one would want to know. Also the singer isn't bad. Farina Young _ you don't know me.
check it out I think it's 11.99.

Thanks for mentioning this Lee. That's awesome that you also still purchase music. I think many of us here do, but it is increasingly not the norm.
I have a question for everybody...Is that Ben Keith playing the break on "I've Got Five Dollars (and its Saturday night)?

I don't know why, but Faron Young's music sometimes doesn't get much attention for all the fine steel work. I mean, we just don't see a lot of tab or videos of folks covering these songs. W. Litaker taught "You Don't Know Me" for a few weeks in his sessions, but it didn't necessarily apply to The Sheriff's rendition particularly. It's a great song no matter who performs it. Other than that, not too much out there!

Doug Jernigan was touring with Faron in the 1970s, but don't know if he recorded any records with Faron. Question
