| I recently had an occasion to do business on line with Jim. It was a pleasure and the item was exactly as it was described. I was amazed at how quickly Jim had it at my front door in Texas. I called to thank him for his awesome service and his response was “I am glad you’re happy, that’s the way it’s supposed to be”. I would most definitely do business with him again as my first experience was really good. |

Jim Palenscar bends over backwards to make sure his customers are happy with whatever they purchase from him. He's a first-class guy, and I would recommend him and his shop to anyone looking to buy a steel.
