Does anyone know of a source for blank Musym-Tab?

I know there's a blank tab w/treble clef in the "Sticky" here, but the treble clef staff is too close to the tab to allow for the lowest notes of E9th, which take 4 leger lines.

You mean extended E9?

No, just 10-string E9. C at the first fret on the 10th string, for example, is an octave below middle C.

You could use "8vb" and proceed.

I was extremely fortunate to buy my copy of "A Manual of Style" (which contains the attached Musym-tab) from Jimmie Crawford himself at Scotty's ISGC in the early '80's. He was a very open, gracious and kind man.
