BJS bars customer service

Just wanted to thank Butch for the great bar and service. I ordered a 7/8 10 string bar, butch emailed me and told me the batch of bars were exposed to some humidity on there way to the plating company, and he was going to have to redo them. Butch offered to refund my money if I wanted, but I told Butch his bars are the best I have used and were worth waiting for.
Butch stayed in contact with me throughout the process and emailed me two days ago telling me the bar was on its way. I received the package today, when I opened up the package butch had included a free leather pick bag for me having to wait a few weeks for the bar.

Not only are Butch and BJS bars top notch, there customer service is as well.
