I feel like i have been living under a rock as i wasnt familiar with wayne Hancock until this post, but I looked up his music and really like it ! Rose, I heard you play at the Phoenix show last year and loved it...he is lucky to have you playing steel with him. Have fun and best of luck !

Thanks for all the kind words -- I'm psyched to say the least! I've been listening to Wayne's records for years -- he loves non-pedal steel and has worked with some great pickers.

Ray, I'm not sure what time but it usually ends up being around 11pm or so (kind of late). If there's time, maybe I can swing by your house to say hi. George, thanks for the concho link, a nice idea!

I just saw her video for "Body and Soul." That's a tough, beautiful tune, and her version is fantastic.
