Yea its a extra fast PSG thats why the rods are at an
angle speed thats the key.

It's pretty obvious that the guitar doesn't have the right pedal bar, isn't it?

The pedal rods are too long, so they shifted the pedals.

Maybe the rods ARE the right length... and the player had "Collars" on the legs above the pedalboard to highten the guitar. !!
How do you know for certain where the rods are connected at the top... and...if the pedals haven't been re-located along the pedalboard ?

If it works, why not? Comfort is the main thing. Maybe someone was uncomfortable with the pedals in their original position and moved them.

The auction is at $710, which is about right for this model. I bought one just like it from Herb Remington for $700 in 1995. I put a 2+2 C Diatonic on it, which sort of frustrated me:
