I couldn't agree more with the compliments on Jim's playing. His touch
and tone are second to none!

Jim, if you are reading this I hope your health is good and that you are
able to continue playing. If you can, please honor us with some more
videos of your exceptional steel playing.

Best wishes to you, Jim

JIm is as good as they get, and although we live many states apart, consider him one of my closest friends.

When I got my first Mullen, and having a Session 500 as well, I approached Jim, having found that he was using a similar setup...I wanted a place to start with setting for the Session 500 in conduction with a PRP D10 Mullen...we quickly became friends and have grown even closer since and as time goes on...Jim has such a vast amount of knowledge, without feeling the need to hoard it and keep it to himself...I’ve learned so much from him in area’s that weren’t even on my radar...and although I haven’t absorbed all he’s taught me, I’m grateful for all he’s tried and continues to try to teach me.

I’d like to add this in closing...I’m now the proud, privileged owner of the 1990 Quad PU D10 Mullen that Jim ordered and bought brand new...(http://bb.steelguitarforum.com/viewtopi ... highlight=) My “New” Jim Lindsey/Mickey Adams 1990 Mullen
It’s a wonderful guitar, and everything he’s told me about it is true...We talk several times a week, so if he hasn’t seen the resurrection of this thread and some of the newer posts to it, I’ll be sure to let him know...Jim is one of the nicest guys you could ever get to know, with a positive outlook through some difficult life situations...I’m indebted to him for all of his support and encouragement and am glad to call him brother and friend.
