I want to add the Frankling pedal to my LeGrand III. I would prefer it to be the 1st pedal althoug on this guitar the 4 pedal lowers only the 5th string on the C6 neck. Question is, placing this pedal in the 1st position looks like a complete reorganization underneight the guitar by moving everythind down one pedal.
Is there enough room for the Franklin pedal to be added to the left of the current A pedal?

How does adding the Franklin pedal to the left effect the current location of the knee levers?

Would appreciate any feedback.

I split mine into 2 pedals. One lowered the G# and one lowered the B. I also had the G# lower on a lever. I liked it better and used it more on the lever.

Another pull you should consider is adding another E to F# on you C pedal.

With the latest addition to my steel collection, I've found that I use the B to Bb lever a lot. It's on the right inside knee on this guitar.

Joe,

You CAN add a pedal to the left of pedal 1, but it tends to be rube golbergish. Reason being, the cabinet is not designed for a pedal and crossrod there. I would suggest your making the PF pedal one. Then move A B C over one pedal each. It will not hurt if you make your existing pedal 4 work both necks. Many players do this.

Good luck, and may Jesus bless you in your quests,

carl
