I am looking at a Single 10 Emmons P/P, Black Formica, Kluson keys, Aluminum Neck, Bolt on changer, with 3 floor pedals and 4 knee levers. It also has a case. The guitar is in average to good condition, nothing a good cleaning and polishing wouldn't take care of. If you seriously have a good idea what a guitar like this should be worth, Please email me by the address at my signature. I don't want to offend anyone or cause confusion I just need an evaluation of this guitar. I've never owned an Emmons! This may be my chance. You help is appreciated.,

not sure, but I would say depending on factors, between $1000-$1500, at least that is where I've seen them in the past year or so... assuming it's a true S-10...I have na SD-10, which I got for a little bit more than that about a year ago... if you find out, I'd be curious though, not sure if there's a blue book or not on steels  Although, id' be curious as to what a mid '70's SD-10 'loafer would go for now, though... hmmmm |

| There was an 60's Emmons Bolt On that was on Ebay a few weeks back that sold for $810, but it had 4 homemade knee levers. I sold my s10 for $1100 last year and I've seen them selling lately for about $12 or $1300. I would say that if it is a real bolt on guitar from the 60's, then definitely more that that. The 4 homemade knee levers, to an Emmons purist, means "no knee levers." So, at conservatively $175 per correct lever installed (I believe that's a current rate), that's 700 bucks added to the eBay price, making the guitar around $1500 cost to the owner. That is still a relatively bargain price for a 1966 S-10, IMHO. Vintages 1964-1967 seem to be a bit higher than the cut-tails.
