Lamar is a fantastic craftsman who does thoroughly meticulous work. I was so impressed when I first encountered his guitars years ago that I had him custom-build me a 10-string non-pedal steel. I believe Howard R. may still own it now. Anyway, you can't go wrong with a Lamar - highly recommended!

By the way, I suggest adding "Lamar" to the title of your post, so people know what they're looking at, instead of just "Steel Guitar for Sale"

Yes, Lamar's are really fine machined and great guitars. I believe I owned this same guitar at one time or maybe one like it. I thought it played really great and sounded good. I just wasn't used to the keyless look and sold it to buy another D-10. This guitar is also light and holds it's tune very good.
