I have been trying to find some sort of neck rest and string changing type device to keep my lap steel from moving all over the place when I change the strings on it. It needs to hold the guitar still and elevate the headstock. I may have to just build something because I have never seen anything like this before? Any suggestions or tips? Thanks!
I suppose a lap steel stand is one idea though an expensive one. I have only seen 2 stands made by 2 different companies online. One is 100 bucks and the other is much more. I'm sure you may know which companies offer these so I won't mention names. Alas, I am still looking for a deal!
String changing stand for lap steels?
