He mentions that the guitar is "Tennessee Orange".

Anybody can see that it is "University of Texas Orange". :D

I like the sound with either 15 in the 112 but the Steel King speaker sounded a little sweeter to my ole ears

Wow to my ears the 15 inch EPS is clearly the best. Everything else just sounds a bit dead by comparison.

Time for a visit to the optometrist, brother Lee. That's UTN orange; UTX orange is much darker, light a burnt orange.
