Does your amp have a headphone out? If not, then you'd better get a different amp. Otherwise, you could put a small mixer in front of your amp and be done.

I have a Roland Cube 40XL... it has the power to do practice and small gigs with built-in reverb, chorus, echo, and many other things. It also has a headphone out as well as an Auxiliary (iPhone 1/8" stereo) plug input that I can use to play along with my phone. Most Roland Cubes have these features.

You might get along with a very small practice or headphone amp... check your local music store.

I agree with Steven. I suspect you could send the amp output to a dummy load and to headphones in parallel (with a resistor to knock down the power going to the phones), but unless you already have the load, it'd be about as cheap to get a cheap small practice amp with two inputs. Especially since you'd still be looking at only one channel.
If you're in Tulsa, this would give you two inputs (with some spares) and a headphone out (and a bunch more features), and you can send it out to the Sho-Bud when you want the speakers

If you're in OKC, the Boss 8 track thing in here could help

If you're somewhere else, I dunno
