At the top is an old Oahu lap steel. (Pretty obvious...says so right on the fretboard!) The bottom item looks like it may be the volume control for an old Guyatone clip-on guitar pickup. I seem to recall seeing both the DeArmond and the Guyatone accessory pickups at Fred Walker's music store, in downtown Baltimore, 'bout a half-century ago.

It's a non-pedal steel, so this post should be made in that Forum section. People who frequent that section are more likely to know something about the instrument.
As Donny says, the other 2 photos appear to be unrelated to the instrument in the first pic. The cord on the left is just like the connector for the volume control of an old DeArmond pickup I had on an old Gibson archtop (both guitar and pickup now gone--Doh!) The cord on the right might be the connector for the Guyatone volume control.

That is like the first steel I had in the 50's - they had a screw on cord and it looks like someone just wanted to add Epiphone control.
