My 1978 ZUM after restoration

Post by Uffe Edefuhr »

This is the result after the restoration of the S103333 ZUM from 1978. Bruce Zumsteg told me that this was the first Zum that was exported to Europe.
It sounds great and looks prettier now than before. On Friday this week I will hopefulle have a new fretboard delivered by Mickey Adams as he will be here in Sweden for our steel guitar seminar with Buck Reid.

Very nice Uffe - was it always that colour ? ...do you have any "before" pics ?? Bruce would probably send you a new Decal logo if you asked him :-}

Now its ready for a gig. Micke Adams did not even have to do anything to it! He brought me the fretboard and stickers. What a fun steel seminar Mickey and Buck had with us!
