Ron, you're welcome (from the other thread where I posted the info). If ever get to back to Hawaii and visit Oahu, you can buy me a drink.
My wife and I keep checking our timeshare company to see if there is decent availability, rarely is, and when there are actually condos available we check the cost of flights and become immediately bummed out.
As I wrote in the other thread, need to get a hold of my son on The Big Island and see if he wants a ticket for the show as an early birthday present.
Along with being a great musician, Jerry is one of the coolest guys on the planet.

Carry it over, I might be missing everything this month too.
Aiming for early May as a recoup with the local free steel attractions but I havn't seen anything mentioned anywhere. Fingers crossed, A/V recorders ready, but it'll be a surprise if it's even worth the time if (many) recent years are any indication. I'm sure Bobby Ingano will try and do some things, so there's always that bright spot. |

Here is a short 6 minute video from the concert at Poipu beach on Kauai with dobro king Jerry Douglas
and prominent Hawaiian entertainers Ledward Ka'apana, Mike Ka'awa, Nathan Aweau, & Kenny Emerson on steel.
This is near the end of the program where they are having a jam session. This is provided by my braddah friend on Kauai
Enjoy it even though the cameraman is nervous and shaky.
