The C tuning I've seen most often is CGCGCE.

One I use on my baritone is CGCEGC - just like the familiar D tuning but a whole tone lower. The one Nakos mentioned may well be more common.

Cindy Cashdollar uses:

C G E C G C

String Gauges: 18 22 30 42 53 64

or 18 22 *28 *38 *50 *62 * For guitars requiring lighter gauges.

I started tuning CGCDGC after figuring out a song by Tin Hat Trio. I really didn't miss the third as much as I thought I would. And you now also have a 5 chord without moving and a 6 chord 2 frets up. I like having another voicing somewhere else on the guitar without going 12 frets up.
