Great MSA Resource

Post by Alvin Douglas »

Recently I replaced both pots and several bell cranks on my '74 MSA S10. Can't remember how (maybe a recommendation from another member), but I ended up dealing with Jim Palenscar at Steel Guitars of North County. He was able to provide factory replacement parts for my guitar, including the small control knob for one the pots. Very pleased with the communication, pricing and speed of shipping. Just a shout out for good service in a world where it's getting to be a rare thing. Thanks Jim.

Jim is excellent! He fixed errors in my parts order without being asked.

Googling Steel Guitars of North County will get you his website, which features the phone number rather prominently. I'd do it for you, but I'm driving in the rain.

Jim Palenscar is a great fella to deal with, heck of a nice guy. I was sure glad when Reece Anderson pointed me in his direction. Jim comes very highly recommended indeed.
Lookin' on the sunny side....
