I'm looking for a 2" Carter Starter lift/raise kit or ideas on how to extend the legs. The rod extensions are an easy fix so specifically I'm looking for leg ideas.

Al Brisco from Steel Guitars of Canada would be the first person to contact- I purchased a lift kit for a Carter Starter from him a few years ago.

Maybe you could locate some solid aluminum stock and have a local machinist drill and tap it. As the other poster said though, Al brisco may have some. If he would sell you a single leg, (maybe damaged or salvaged) it would be a simple thing to have it cut and threaded, the legs are already hollow all the way through.
