I just got the new album by Vince Gill& Paul Franklin Bakersfield at Cracker Barrel. It' a tribute to Buck Owens and Merle Haggard. It's one of the best true country albums I've heard in years. It has more great steel guitar on it than you'll hear anywhere other than an instrumental album. I highly recommend. It is only available at Cracker Barrel restaurants, go in and pick one up, you won't regret it.

Ted,
I agree, this is great stuff.
BUT, I disagree about it only being available at Cracker Barrel. It available about anyplace that sells CDs Smile

MP3 singles also from Amazon.com

Ted,

Check this out. Plenty of steel and fiddles and it is real country.

Yeah, the Cracker Barrel edition does indeed have four additional tunes, but we've had many threads going on both versions of the CD since the original version came out last summer at the end of July.

Actually, both iTunes and Amazon have the Deluxe Edition with the four additional songs.

That's good--when it first came out I could only order through CB...

I got this album for Christmas. It's been burning a hole in my car's CD player ever since. But I don't have the deluxe. I may have to visit the itunes store soon. Very Happy

That's one reason I eat at Cracker Barrel so much. I love their Musak. The other day I heard Hank Williams, Vince Gill and Faron Young while eating. It's better than the radio.
