Old Emmons S-10 need help!
I have an old Emmons S-10 serial number 1031s.It is in pretty bad shape underneath. Was wondering if anyone had pictures of the undercarriage. It seems to have 5 crossbars underneath but only 4 pedals and it looks like someone put a homemade knee lever on it and didn`t do a very good job.Any pictures of how it`s suppose to look right please let me know.

Old Emmons S10
I`ve been searching a lot of the other threads but haven`t seen a good picture of the undercarriage yet.I`ll keep looking I`m not giving up hope.Even a diagram would help.I`m just not familiar with Emmons steels.Any help would be appreciated.

Emmons S-10 Under Carriage
Doug,
Here are a few photos of the under carriage of a '67 Emmons S-10 (S/N 1097 S) that I restored a few months ago.

Thanks everyone for the great pictures. The only thing I failed to tell you was mine has no knee levers and 4 pedals.Serial number is 1031S so I believe it`s about 64 or 65.Another post I read said in 1964 they didn`t have knee Levers just 4 pedals.

1031S? Yeah, it's an early one.
Be nice to see some pics. With those you would be able to get some pretty darn good advice and information from the best Emmons' experts there are. And all right here on this forum. As info, I'm not one of those guys who are walking Emmons encyclopedias. Wish I were.
Anyway, before taking a drill to that sweet S10 you now have, you might want to call one of those guys. They're all super-nice and personable. Or, as I mentioned, get some pics posted by yourself or maybe with the help of a friend.
