This is a nice old USA made parlor guitar in good shape. The back & sides have been re-finished in a dark stain. Plays good with med. action. Neck has a nice V shape & is straight. They had a great write up & showed a collection in Fretts magazine a few months back with Gillian Welsh on the cover.
