Gary Rittenberry not only does pretty work but he does great work plus he backs up any
work he does when he sells you a new steel from him and not only that he will help you
any way he can when you buy a used steel of his from some one else as he did for me. This steel
I have for sale had two homes before I got it but it hardly had any playing hours on it and
was like new on the out side but it had some mechanical issues for my setup. I called Gary
and we talked for a least an hour, he told me to send it to him and he would take care of my
steel. Gary did what I wanted, went through my steel and if any thing needed to fixed he
fixed it, adjusted it, oiled it and buffed out all the polished parts, paced it up and shipped it
back to me. When I opened the case and looked at the steel it was like looking at a new guitar
and played like butter and had tone all players are looking for but when I saw the bill I couldn't
believe how reasonable it was. I hate to sell right now but the worst thing about selling is having
to get back in line for a new one. Thanks Gary Rittenberry Gary Arnold.

I didn't want the 4th pedal that came with it so I sent it to Gary Rittenberry and asked him take it off and reset the pedals where they needed to be, the 1st owner had wide pedals put on it and it was not easy to play so I asked Gary to put his standard narrow pedals on, plays like a dream now Gary
