For you guys using the ClearTune app on your smart phone, how many connect the PSG to an iRig? Thanks, Gary Cooper _________________ GFI Ultra SD-10; Nashville 112; Hilton pedal, George L Cables; Pearse bar; Live Stings;Walker seat by Billy Knowles. |

Hi Gary. I do this. It seems to work OK. I didn't buy the iRig for this purpose but since I have it I am using it. If I didn't have it I would probably make my own cable.
The downside of using the iRig is you need the iRig plus a regular guitar cable. A better solution is to have one custom cable but I am too lazy to make one |

I was using the I-Rig/Cleartune set-up for awhile, but I did not like the fact that running the Cleartune app really ate up the battery power on my device if i didn't put the device in sleep mode when not in use. It functions well, and is user friendly for setting up your own tempered tunings. |
