This is just an idea if you want. I wanted one I could carry in my Bag. A String cutter - winder and this one fits in the back pocket of my bag. I have a regular one with a 3/4" knob. This one works great with picks on adjusting a Cranky nut. It started out as a cheap deep well socket. A friend had knurled it and gave it to me. I drilled the 3/16 hole and added the cross bar. Be careful it has a lot of power.

Bet it took a pretty good drill bit to go through that socket! _________________ GFI SM10 3/4, 1937 Gibson EH-150, 2 - Rondo SX Lap Steels and a Guyatone 6 String C6. Peavey 400 and a Roland 40 Amps. Behringer Reverb Pedal. |

That socket was soft enough to Center Punch. I center punched it. Clamped the socket in a set of Vice Grips and drilled it in a small drill press. Got the hole drilled a little crooked but it works great. |
